CCIH was Contra Costa County's first provider of permanent supportive housing for homeless families. Since the opening of Garden Park Apartments in 2004, we have earned the reputation for providing quality housing and outstanding support services.

Our Vision:

• Every resident of Contra Costa County is safely and securely housed.
• All children live in conditions that fully support their health and healthy expression as human beings.
• Each and every person lives with dignity and the greatest degree of self-sufficiency possible.

CCIH is actively working to develop a second permanent supportive housing project that will bring our County closer to realizing this vision.
