How Can I Apply?
A waiting list of applicants for housing is maintained by Property Management. Prospective tenants are offered interviews on a first eligible, first serve basis. Approximately thirty to fifty families are on the waiting list at any given time.
In order to be eligible to apply for the Garden Park Apartments, you must:
- be currently homeless
- have a very low-income
- have an adult member with a disability
- have and maintain custody of your children
